Artist Fleur MacDonald, January 2020
Fleur MacDonald is a regionally based Australian artist who has been a practising professional painter since 1985. Her work is represented in collections around the world and she has exhibited widely. Fleur’s upcoming exhibition is opening at the Western Plains Cultural Centre in Dubbo on Saturday 22 February 2020. Entitled Fleur MacDonald: Based on a True Story, the show is a tribute to the craft of doily making and some of the work is based around the doilys of Lucy Williams, held in the Kandos Museum’s collection.
